Bookings

Customers may request a service online by selecting a service, size or type, date, time and providing the requested contact and property information.

Pricing

Prices shown online are starting or estimated prices. Final pricing may change after reviewing photographs, the condition of the property or vehicle, access requirements and the actual size or condition of the requested work. We will communicate any material price change before proceeding.

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to secure a confirmed booking when online payment is selected. The remaining balance is due according to the payment arrangement communicated for the service.

Service times

Bookings are available Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM in two-hour booking windows. Service timing may be affected by weather, access, traffic, previous jobs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate contact information, ensure reasonable access to the service area and inform us of relevant access details, hazards, pets or difficult areas before the appointment.

Photos and information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information and photographs submitted through the booking form are accurate and relevant to the requested service.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may accept other payment methods where agreed in advance.

Changes and cancellation

Customers may contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or reschedule. Cancellation and refund outcomes may depend on how close the request is to the scheduled service and whether work or costs have already been incurred.
