We use this information to provide quotes, process bookings and deposits, communicate with you about your service, provide the requested service, process payments and send relevant booking or service communications.

Photographs

Photographs uploaded during a booking are used to assess the requested service and prepare or confirm pricing. We do not use customer photographs for advertising without appropriate permission.

Payment information

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Neighbourhood Clean & Shine does not store your full card number on its own systems.

Sharing information

We may use service providers such as Stripe and email or hosting providers to operate our booking and payment systems. We only provide information reasonably necessary for those services.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, accounting or service purposes.
