Cancellation or rescheduling

Before the service

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or rescheduling requests made before the scheduled service. Any refund of a deposit will depend on the circumstances, timing of the cancellation and whether costs have already been incurred.

Weather and circumstances outside our control

For outdoor services, including lawn care and driveway cleaning, severe weather or unsafe conditions may require us to reschedule. We will work with the customer to arrange another suitable time.

Price changes

If photographs or an on-site assessment show that the requested work is materially different from the original booking information, we may adjust the final price. Customers will be informed before additional work is performed.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method where practical. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.
